Rachel’s industry experience includes captive and reinsurance, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, pharmaceutical, aviation, government, not-for-profit and retail. Rachel obtained her CA qualification in 2018 and made the transfer to Grant Thornton (Cayman) LLP in 2020.
Rachel has over eight years of audit experience reporting under Ireland, UK and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and is also knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards.
Industry experience
Rachel is ACA qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and has over eight years audit experience in a variety of industries, including three years in the captive and reinsurance sector. The other five years of her career was spent in corporate and not-for-profit industries with significant experiences gained over the full gamut of audit / assurance services to the industry.
