Grant Thornton Celebrates Another Season of Summer Fridays

Grant Thornton (Cayman) LLP continued its summer four-day working week policy for all employees for the third year. During the summer months of July and August, the Grant Thornton team has the option to take Fridays off, in a programme known as “Summer Fridays.”

In a recent survey conducted by the firm, a majority of Grant Thornton staff viewed the Summer Friday policy as an added benefit and some even ranked the policy higher than other benefits offered by the firm.

“Prioritising both the physical and mental health of our people is very much ingrained in our firm’s ethos,” said Dara Keogh, managing partner of Grant Thornton (Cayman) LLP.
